3 day cycling and yoga retreats for women

Raw retreats are designed for you. An active woman who wants to move her body, relax her mind, and connect with other women. Our 3 day retreats create a space in which you can do all of this. Deeply and fully.
Set on Vashon Island, the retreat will host you and 6-10 other women from the Puget Sound area. Each day will be set off with an invigorating yoga practice, followed by a satisfyingly local breakfast and then your cycling exploration of Vashon will begin. The day will round off with more farm to table food, followed by an intentional time to spend with one another.
