Sample {summer} Itinerary

Life in the day of a R.A.W retreat

7am Fresh scones, coffee and tea available

8am Relaxing morning yoga. Start your day with a free flowing, meditative vinyasa yoga, set in the back garden amidst blooming lilacs and gardenias.

9:30am Breakfast. Locally sourced, organic food, good conversation and laughter will set the tone for the rest of the day.

10:30am Wheels up! Pedal right from your doorstep. We’ll drink in ocean views all day as we cycle, taking time to stop at local wineries, lavender farms, and tour the gardens from where most of our food is sourced.

1pm Gourmet lunch.

2pm Options. Continue cycling! Or, take the rest of the afternoon off to enjoy a massage in your room, hike the trails across from the lodge, kayak, or spend time (re)connecting with old or new friends on the retreat.

5pm Yoga. Intentionally wind down from the day and relieve your sore muscles. Our professional yoga instructor will offer the perfect balance of restoration and relaxation.

6:30pm Cocktails and appetizers. Let the laughter flow!

7pm Gourmet dinner. Remember the farms you visited today? You’ll find the veggies that you saw in the earth, now roasted and on your plate!

8:30pm Connect. Soak in the hot tub, sit on the porch and star gaze, delve into deeper connection with the other women on the trip. Relax.
