At RAW retreats, we take food seriously.  All foods are locally sourced and certified organic; just the reward you need after moving your body all day.  You deserve this.

Breakfast

Freshly baked lemony blueberry scones and an assortment of  fresh local fruit will be available to you when you wake.

Option 1: Homemade ginger and walnut granola: Greek yogurt; fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries.

Option 2: Organic farm egg omelet: spinach, feta and caramelized shallots; freshly baked salted rosemary bread; locally raised bacon.

Loose leaf Darjeeling tea

Pear, ginger (freshly juiced)

Lunch

Sea salt kale chips, sweet farm carrots and homemade hummus will be available to you immediately upon completing your morning ride.

Option 1: Quinoa salad: Homemade pesto, grilled zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, walnuts.

Option 2: Turkey panini: Roasted turkey breast, havarti cheese, tapenade, spinach on crusty panini bread.

Appetizer

Homboldt fog, rosemary gruyere and gouda parrano.  Oysters on the half shell, lemon.

Chilled figs.

Paired with crisp Semillon.

 

Dinner

All plates are served with wild greens and roasted golden beets, freshly picked a few miles from your lodge.  Food paired with complementary, local wine.

Option 1: Stuffed portabello mushroom: blue cheese, basmati rice, grilled peppers and aged balsamic reduction.

Option 2: Grilled lemon salmon: peppery risotto, grilled asparagus.

Option 3: Organic grilled flat iron steak: red wine marinade, new potatoes, grilled summer squash.

 

Grilled medjool dates, filled with goat cheese, drizzled with honey and finished with toasted walnuts.

Chocolate tart, milk chocolate sauce, chantilly cream.
