July: Welcome Summer (Hopefully)

Last month’s twilight ride was so lovely, we thought we’d head out in the evening once again.  Come join us as we explore the city–this ride just may end with margaritas!

June Twilight Bliss

When: friday, june 15th, 5pm

distance: 30-35 miles
pace: casual, no drop

Come celebrate the last of our longest days of the year with this EVENING ride.  We’ll be touring Carkeek, Golden Gardens and a few other of our beautiful Seattle parks before ending with an evening drink to talk about our summer riding plans.  Come join the fun!

May mayhem

When: sunday, May 20th, 9am
where: meet in gregg’s greenlake parking lot
distance: 30-35 miles
pace: casual, no drop

The sun’s out and we’re getting rowdy here at R.A.W!  Come join us for a rowdy ride northbound on the Burke.  The air will be clean and spirits high as we embrace spring and the promise of summer on this ride.

distance: 25-30 miles
pace: casual, no drop

After last month’s ride through the snow (that’s right, our group got caught in a flurry just outside of Leschi) we’re hoping for some sunnier weather this time ’round.  Join us as we pedal through the cherry blossoms and daffodil’s on a scenic city ride.  Full route information coming, but just know that this is going to be a good time.  As always, seasonal food shared in a local Greenlake home to follow.

 

March ST. Patty’s day dash

When: March 17th, meet 9am, ride 9:15am
Where: Meet in Gregg’s Greenlake parking lot
Distance: 25 miles
pace: casual, 15mph, no drop

Come join us for the first real active women’s ride of the season!  We’ll meet in the parking lot of Gregg’s, and I’ll have route maps and info for everyone.  Post ride we’ll be meeting in a local Greenlake house to enjoy some homemade potato leek soup in honor of our Irish ancestors.  Secret location details disclosed at ride.  Come on out!
